[Final Overall Assessment]
Terra Boutique Hotel receives positive remarks from value-focused travelers thanks to its affordable rates, convenient location, and friendly service. However, it shows inconsistencies in its reservation management system, facility maintenance, and the cleanliness of certain rooms. Given recurring mentions of unconfirmed reservations during check-in or sudden on-site cancellations, it is recommended to double-check your booking status prior to arrival, while travelers sensitive to room conditions should consider their choice carefully.
