[Final Overall Assessment]
Oak Tree Urban Hotel Jakarta serves as a practical, value-oriented accommodation for travelers needing only a place to sleep, thanks to its affordable rates, warm staff service, and a well-regarded first-floor restaurant. However, given the very small room dimensions, limited window layout on certain floors, and recent reviews raising concerns about pests, aging mattresses, and poor bedding hygiene, careful consideration is advised depending on your travel purpose and timing.
